Application to Kelowna College of Professional Counselling

There are three ways to apply to the College.

You may fill out the Counsellor Aptitude Assessment (CAA) form online. To apply online, please click the link to the left and follow all instructions. Our application form is easy to complete and will be e-mailed directly and securely to the "Office of the Registrar" for admissions.

You may prefer to download the form, print it from your computer, complete it and send by regular mail to our "Office of the Registrar" with the required application fee. Please click the link to the left to go to our application form in PDF format.

Note: If you choose to download the form, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer. This is a free program and is available at the Adobe Web site. To download Adobe Acrobat Reader, click the link to the left.

You may request an application package be sent to you by contacting the College directly at (250) 717-0412 or by email. In the package which will be sent by regular mail, you will receive the CAA and College catalogue.

	For convenience to our students, tuition payments may be made safely and securely online using TelPay. Click the TelPay logo to the right to pay via TelPay

Pay your Application Fee: We require payment of the application fee in order to process your application. To complete your application payment on-line,

Reminder: Your CAA will only be processed upon the College having received the required application fee.

For BC Students Only whose applications are approved by the College, you may click here to apply to StudentAid BC on their online application site for a student loan, if needed.
