KCPC will NOT process your application until we receive your application fee. If payment is not received within 30 days, your application will be deleted and you will have to reapply .
You may pay this fee in the following ways...
- Credit
card payment by phone - Please call the office at

- Money
Order - Please send this to the office, to the attention
of the Office Manager.
- Pay
securely online using PayPal or your credit card.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your
credit card through PayPal. Please press the PAY NOW
button below that applies to you, to complete your
payment with PayPal.
