I invite you to join the caring and committed students at Kelowna College of Professional Counselling. Please browse our Web site to become acquainted with our programs. The campus is located in beautiful downtown Kelowna BC, just one block from City Park and the beach of Lake Okanagan. Students from all over Canada participate in our Certificate and Diploma programs, either on campus or through Distance Education.
In seven months to one year students can earn a Diploma of Applied Psychology and Counselling or a Certificate in Applied Counselling Studies. Graduates choose from a wide range of career opportunities in private practice and community mental health agencies. The specially designed curriculum provides practical knowledge and skill training, applicable to all types of counselling settings. The faculty is made up of highly trained professionals who bring textbook concepts to life-- offering students hands-on skill development in simulated counselling situations.
